Chandelier
copper and gilded bronze, glass beads, crystals, painted glass, alabaster, second half of the 18th century
The Veronese Room
This chandelier is distinguished from the others in the palace by the profusion of precious materials and the upper tier of wings of painted glass with little bells attached. The fact that no similar items are documented, at least in the Genoese area, makes it hard to put forward any hypotheses as to its provenance and manufacture.
